Navagraha ("we", "us", "the Site") is an India-based astrology platform. By using navagraha.co.in you agree to these Terms.
Navagraha offers free, browser-based astrology tools (Kundli generation, marriage matching, panchang, daily horoscope) and optional paid services: one-on-one astrology consultations booked via the Appointment page, and voluntary support/donation payments. Paid PDF reports are announced on the Site when available.
Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Consultations booked from India are charged in Indian Rupees (₹); consultations booked from Singapore or elsewhere are charged in Singapore Dollars (S$). All payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay — we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.

Kundli, marriage matching, panchang and daily horoscope run entirely inside your browser. Birth details you enter for these tools are never sent to any server, database or third party — there is nothing for us to collect or store.
If you book a consultation or make a support/donation payment, we collect: your name, email, phone number, preferred date/time, message, and location (India or abroad). This is stored in our database (Google Firebase/Firestore) to manage your booking and calendar invite.
Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator. We never receive or store your card number, UPI ID or bank credentials — only a payment confirmation and transaction ID.
For paid consultations, we use the Google Calendar API to create a meeting invite (including a Google Meet link) sent to the email address you provide.
We use Google Firebase (hosting, database, cloud functions) and Razorpay (payments) to operate the Site. These providers process data strictly to deliver the service and under their own privacy policies.
We do not run advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking cookies on the free tools.
Booking and payment records are retained as needed for support, accounting and legal record-keeping. To request deletion of your personal data (where not required to be retained by law), email us at the address below.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your booked slot for a full refund — email us with your booking name and date. Cancellations within 24 hours of the slot, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. If we need to cancel or reschedule from our side, you'll be offered a full refund or a free new slot.
Reports are generated and delivered instantly on payment, so they are non-refundable once delivered. If payment is captured but the report fails to generate or deliver due to a technical issue, contact us for a full refund.
Voluntary support payments are non-refundable, except in the case of a duplicate or accidental charge — contact us and we'll refund it.
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
