1. Free Tools — No Data Collected

Kundli, marriage matching, panchang and daily horoscope run entirely inside your browser. Birth details you enter for these tools are never sent to any server, database or third party — there is nothing for us to collect or store.

2. Paid Services — What We Collect

If you book a consultation, we collect: your name, email, phone number, preferred date/time, message, and location (India or abroad). This is stored in our database (Google Firebase/Firestore) to manage your booking and calendar invite.

3. Payments

Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator. We never receive or store your card number, UPI ID or bank credentials — only a payment confirmation and transaction ID.

4. Calendar & Email

For paid consultations, we use the Google Calendar API to create a meeting invite (including a Google Meet link) sent to the email address you provide.

5. Third Parties

We use Google Firebase (hosting, database, cloud functions) and Razorpay (payments) to operate the Site. These providers process data strictly to deliver the service and under their own privacy policies.

6. No Ads, No Tracking

We do not run advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking cookies on the free tools.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Booking and payment records are retained as needed for support, accounting and legal record-keeping. To request deletion of your personal data (where not required to be retained by law), email us at the address below.
