Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your booked slot for a full refund — email us with your booking name and date. Cancellations within 24 hours of the slot, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. If we need to cancel or reschedule from our side, you'll be offered a full refund or a free new slot.
Reports are generated and delivered instantly on payment, so they are non-refundable once delivered. If payment is captured but the report fails to generate or deliver due to a technical issue, contact us for a full refund.
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
